bring all of the applications with you including a current im or sms or any type of record when the last time you talked with your loved one. bring passport photo's and a 5x5 photo and your passport .

have you done your medical exam yet? if you have not done it yet then you must do it before the interview; you can get all the doctor's info on us cairo embassy website; there are only few selected doctors you can go and see;

They emailed you a 5 page letter.

Page 2 is empty-do not know why.

But one of the pages states all the documents and it is coded with letters like A B C F Y....

You have to look at the document and look at the letter then go to the next page and see if the embassy has it or if you need to bring another one. So, look at it closely or place it here and we can tell you if they have everything or if you need to get something.
