Hope you all well. Let me hit this straight to the head. I have an interview coming up in 2 months. Am very certain i will need to file for either i-601 or i-212 or both not sure.

I did overstayed my B1/B2 visa for about 10 months. My wife and children all american citizen return home with me hoping we get a job, work whiles we work on my paper work so

we can return to the states one day.

We have been facing extremely difficult time here. Being in Africa for most part of this year, no job, being robbed and the worse is my little one has birth defects she is not getting any medical attention. she was seeing specialist whiles we were in the states. my babys' situation is getting worse daily. we are all getting depressed fear for the worse and not know what to do.

Has anyone experience such hardship and has had waivers expedited in ghana? can we request to file this waivers prior to the interview date? can we bring it to the interview and present it?

What are our options and how do we go about this. Thank you guys.

this seems to be an oxymoronic label expediting waivers in ghana

but

if YOU , the USCitizen, can actually TALK with a VO there, you should be able to facilitate everything that you need to handle.

Not saying it's impossible, just extremely unlikely. To make it more probable, well, ya gotta get a pipeline for communications, nowish.

YOU CAN PRESENT the waivers, filled out correctly and the fees monies, on interview day, beg your case then and there.
