update: NOA recieved 12/27/2011 and biometrics letter received today, appointment date is 1/26/2012

k1 was long long ago and yes, I know you are supposed to file AOS ASAP but things happen...

AOS one year and four months after marriage...

01/10/2009 sent AOS paquette

04/10/2009 AOS received

08/10/2009 NOA date

22/10/2009 biometrics letter arrives

04/11/2009 biometrics appointment completed

19/11/2009 AP approval e-mail

20/11/2009 AP touched

23/11/2009 AP arrived in mail

23/11/2009 EAD card production e-mail

24/11/2009 EAD touch

25/11/2009 EAD card mailed out

27/11/2009 EAD card received

02/12/2009 AOS interview letter received in the mail

Biometrics completed yesterday. For those of you from Dallas: our location was 10051 Whitehurst Dr in Dallas, and there was only one other person there, we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Now we sit and wait and pray for no RFE and no interview ...

Good news to share with my fellow Dec filers....BIOMETRICS letter in the mail this Thursday 1/12 from CSC!!! :) updating list. appointment is for Feb 6th, exactly 2 mos from noa1.

Hi everyone! The earliest we could have filed was December 2nd but what with Christmas and NY and just life in general we didn't get around to it until to last Friday (to VCS)! I hope everyone's cases are moving along nicely. I have read back a few months and see that a lot of July/August filers (off the top of my head) are experiencing delays, at least with Vermont. Hopefully it'll clear up a bit for us.

24th February 2012: Biometrics appointment

8th February 2012: Touch

24th January 2012: Biometrics NOA date (received 30th)

19th January 2012: Check cashed by VSC

17th January 2012: NOA date (received 20th)

14th January 2012: ROC delivered via USPS to VSC

13th January 2012: Filed for ROC

Earliest date to remove conditions: Friday, December 2, 2011

9th March 2010: GC in hand

1st March 2010: Interview 8.40am APPROVED!

1st March 2010: EAD arrives, along with daughters US passport

15th January 2010: Biometrics appointment

10th December 2009: Filed for AOS

Hi everyone. I sent my I-751 on Dec 21 and the Post Office confirmed that the California Service Center received it on Dec 23.

The check was processed on Dec 28. But until now I haven't received the NOA letter nor the biometrics appointment letter so I'm starting to worry.

Does it usually take this long? Is anybody in the same boat?

Based on the timeline of all folks in this post, it shouldn't take more than 10-15 days. Take infopass or call USCIS customer care and tell them it's been a month . Customer care won't look into your case until it is 1 month, so call them next week

Office is on 7334 S. Westmoreland in Dallas

It is around the corner by the Greater Dallas Employment Office

Office opens at 8:00 am - They will not let you in early!

We were number 8 in line and it took 55 minutes to complete. Just took prints and picture.

I cut it very close. Mailed my packet on the 7th by Express Mail, and USPS shows it arrived on the 8th. My green card expired on the 11th (Sunday), so I'd REALLY like my NOA to get here so I can go to the DMV and renew my driver's license (since Virginia requires "proof of legal presence" to issue a license).

Did you manage to renew your Virginia license with the NOA? We're also in Virginia, so my wife's license expires the same day as her GC.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
