My Wife sister lives in Australia she has been living there many years but doesn’t speak very good English. She would like to bring her brother over from Vietnam to help take care of her. She does not have a job and spent what little savings she had on an attorney to bring her niece over but the attorney failed.

My wife had informed me that one of their neighbors in Vietnam has a son that lived in Australia that got help from a free attorney and social worker in Australia that helped them in the immigration process. She asked her neighbor for this information but the neighbor would not help her.

My wife has asked me to help her sister many times but being in America it is hard for me to find any information. If somebody could point me in the right direction is all I’m asking.
