DS 230 form, menors must sign it too??

Hi,

I already submitted the payments at NVC now im concerned about the DS 230, the petititon is for my 2 little kids that are 12 and 8 years old...They should sign the form or my husband who is the petitioner must sign it??...or just leave it in blank??

PLEASE, HELP ME!!!

2009-10-01 : NVC Case number

2009-10-02 : DS-3032 emailed

2009-10-06 : got AOS Bill by mail

2009-10-10 : got IV Bill by email

2009-10-13 : AOS Bill PAID

Timeline

First of all, you will file the online form DS-260 because that is what the NVC uses for Peru filers. The form is signed electronically, when you fill out the form. The petitioner may sign for the beneficiary, or simply put the benficiary's name in the box. Refer to this page, http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html.

My attorney told me to sign for my kids (though they are 3 years and 2 months respectively, so somewhat younger). However, at the medical I was told to sign and suffix "(father)" to indicate it wasn't them signing! Case complete so I guess they accepted it.
