Please give me some advise, about my joint sponsor.

my case is now completed at NVC we are waiting for an interview date, the nvc has my joint sponsor's 2007,2008,2009 tax returns witch the NVC accepted but at the time of interview i know that my wife will be requiered to provide my joint sponsor's 2010 tax returns, the difference is that he makes the required income but on his 2010 tax return he reported looses, so the final number says that he made less than the required, the question is that at the time of the interview will there be a problem even if the w2 shows good income and my wife shows a current employment letter and the last 4 paystubs? is really hard to get another joint sponsor he was or last hope, do i have to worry? thanks a lot in advance.

Why did he report losses? Was he self-employed and now is in permanent employment? If so, you should be fine.

Another option, as your interview likely won't be till next year, is have the joint sponsor file his 2011 taxes asap and suibmit that at interview, presumably no longer showing a loss.

Hi, he have been on the same job for years but on his 2010 irs taxes, he reported losses, like he reduced his income on his taxes, i just checked my email and my wife got an interview for january 10, , i dont think he will be able to send his 2011 taxes until march.

That may be a problem, especially if they judge the reason for the loss to be "likely to re-occur".
