checklist?? is this false RFE on DS230?

what a stressful to start the 1st day of december... i got this email form NVC.. a checklist.. where in fact.. we just send them together aos and iv with separate envelope last nov.25.. anyone here encountered here.. im freaking out..

it may be.. did they have any item included in the checklist which was ticked?

either they have received ds230 first before AOS and/or vice versa..

give it a week first, then have ur partner (in the uS) Call NVC to check and verify...

what it is said on the checklist which i copied above.. is the immigrant visa application part 1 and all the supporting documents.. which is on my understanding the whole ds230 and supporting documents... which my husband already sent with the aos..

aaaaah.. yeah, they received ur AOS already, but havent gotten a hold of ur DS230.. just be patient and hang on, maybe another dept adjudicating it hasnt forwarded it yet :x

in our case, they've gotten a hold of our DS 230 first before the AOS.. based on some posts i have read before, even if both AOS and DS forms are on the same package, they still get RFE for missing forms..

have ur hubby call them up after 1 week just to clarify

really? how did it goes when you got false rfe? is it the ds230 too? arrrhhhhg... hopefully everything will be fine...

Get a Human, remind them both were sent together, and ask where the DS-230 is.

I was able scan and email those packages to the NVC (electronic processing). I sent both packages separately. To answer your question, AOS and IV are separate tracks, the false RFE for the DS-230 package will have nothing to do with your AOS package. If there are issues with your AOS package, the NVC will generate a checklist asking for the things they need.
