Oh no! Please Help!!!! Somebody Contacted and told My husband! that i put some stuff on his file!

Hi i hope everyone remember my story but i was the one that reported my husband abandoned me after a month of living here.

He tried to report me for abuse and later told the cops that he didnt want to press charges on on me..

Well i immediately went to ice and withdraw the I130 petiton or whatever the number is when you withdraw petition!!

And I documneted everything I mean everything he did, the condom, the phone records calling date lines everything I documented everything and took it in to the uscis.

I told the uscis in my documents that I was scared for my life and i told them how my husband is working under the table and that i told them i would report him to the IRS because I lost my job while we was together and he just up and abandoned me when he got caught cheating on me.

Anyhow he just called me tonight and told me he know everything that I did and he talk to a consular or somebody on the up and they told him what I did and put on his file I was like #######???? he told me some of the things that I mentioned above what i wrote in my documents..

How the heck do he know all these things??? let me find out the uscis or Ice somebody is being shady and contacting my husband telling them what I am doing! so he goes on to say i need to watch my back and that he is going to now build a case around me!

Like how cuz im not abusing him or anything???? so what kind of case can he build around me?

but i can't get over the fact he knew that i put all this stuff on his file..do yall guys think they contacted him gave him a warning or something??

This is crazy so now he might go and try to really file a Wava case around me?????? a false one at that!!

No matter how he heard what you've done, I would not sleep more than 10 hours worrying about it! He absolutely can do nothing to hurt you! Just make sure you cut all communications. His last hope will be trying to trap you on what you say and stuff, and will do anything to provoke you and get you recorded (if you use any abusive words while talking to him). if possible, change your number and give him no tool to use against you to help him remain in the country. If he wants to go to his country, who cares!

I know you are broke, but getting a restraining order against him is not going to cost a lot. You don't need a lawyer and can do it yourself. Go check out the law library near you, I am sure someone there can help you.

well, it's HIS A-File. IF he asked to review his A-File at the local USCIS office, then things in there , things placed in there, would be visible by him.

So, if ICE put anything in his A-File, then it's in there.

HOWEVER - you've an ICE contact - suggest you call him/her and do some questioning.

Unless you are hiding something that we do not know about, and the "so-called Stuff is legit" you have nothing to worry about. I would sleep well and go on with the rest of life.
