Hi Guys,

i sent my app on the fifth and the check was cashed today!!!! I am glad to see this in progress, cause I sent my application before the 90 days window and they sent it back to me after 16 days!!!

Had to resubmit it!!!

Ditto. Had the exact same feelings. It's still nerve-wracking everytime you send a packet off to the USCIS machine.

No word yet from USCIS. They havent cashed my check either, and I sent my app in on the 1st. Seems like everyone who submitted after me as gotten their checks cashed within 7 days. My friend submitted his on the 8th, and his check was cashed yesterday. We are both in Atlanta.

lax75, did you send your package out exactly 90 days before the third anniversary of your green card? or you sent it earlier than the 90 day window? and did you include a check of exactly $680? or $595 and $85? once my check wasnt cashed and package returned because I did not include the correct fee, it took 2-3 weeks for it to get returned though.

Package was sent AFTER the 90 day mark. My eligibility date was November 23rd, and I sent it November 30th (it arrived lockbox on Dec. 1st). Also check was for $680 exactly. Not broken out.
