Maybe 12/22/2011.Also can i walk in for my Biometrics early,before Jan 26TH., my Biometric Center is in Bellflower CA. Would they turn me away if i went early.

Shaq, when did you have your biometrics last done for your permanent residency? I'm kind of wondering about this since many people have heard they can go to the interview without biometrics and, seeing that you filed after me and already have a fingerprint notice, I am wondering if I could expect a interview letter as well or if I will still have to do my bio done (which would also be ok, but not hearing anything from them for a while kind of makes me anxious lol)

N400 Timeline:

12/14/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/19/11 - Received by USCIS

12/21/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

Hello, I want to add myself to list.

I sent my n400 form on December 27.

My check was cashed on January 6 and my notice date is January 5. I just checked online and found out that they sent me a letter for fingerprints but I still don't know the date. My field office is Fairfax, VA.

migpra - Just have to let the original Bio date on the list and then to add the Early Biometrics date (EB) aside your timeline. I did this for you. :) Also, added Shaq to the list. Good luck! @Shaq: please, provide your local office and the date your check was cashed to add them to your timeline.

I last had my Biometrics done in 2006 when i was having my Green card. So it's been about 6yrs now. I'm sure you will have your Biometric notice pretty soon. I think mine was fast because i sent in a Bank money order so they did not have to wait the three days bank clearance for the check.Any way i think i will just waite for the 26th since i have already told people at work that i wl go for the Bimetric then. Good luck to you and i do hope you andi will keep in touch.

Hey guys I received my biometric letter. The date is January 11. My appointment is for January 25th.. Do u guys think if I reschedule is going to take longer? I'm going on ski trip that week..

Why not try to do early biometrics, that way you'll have it done before your trip?

2007-11-10.....Marriage in Ecuador

2008-01-11.....I-130 Sent

2008-04-28.....I-130 Approved

2008-05-02.....NVC Received

2008-08-20.....Case Complete at NVC

2008-10-14.....Interview--221g, asked to present joint sponsor inspite of NVC approval

2008-11-07.....Visa due to arrive. DHL truck delivering visa was robbed, Consulate required us to present I-864s and DS-230 again, had to get a new passport and other related documents

2008-11-14.....Presented all new documents in person at Consulate, visa printed same day

2008-11-25.....POE Atlanta

2008-12-26.....Green Card and 2nd Welcome Letter arrive

2010-09-02.....Date of NOA ROC 1-751

2010-12-13.....Approval of ROC

2011-01-12.....10 year Permanent Resident card arrived

2011-12-20.....N-400 Application mailed

2011-12-29.....NOA

2012-02-02.....Walk-in biometrics (appt was for 2/16)

2012-04-17.....Interview

How I do that?

Do nothing!! Just go there early morning with ur letter and green card!! Don't mention it is not ur schedule day!! I did men on dec 21st!! My appoinment was on jan 5th!!!

N400 Timeline:

12/19/11 - NOA date

02/02/12. - interview letter arrived

03/07/12. - interview passed

03/16/12 - Oath ceremony (USC)

I 130 for parents;

03/20/2012 sent I 130 for both parents

03/21/2012. Package delivered

03/27/2012 received both NOA1

06/22/2012 both I 130 Approved

07/09/2012 NVC received both cases

07/25/2012 received case# and IIN

07/30/2012. Paid AOS fee

08/03/2012 IV fee Paid

08/08/2012 IV package delivered

08/12/2012 case completed

Thanks, that does make some difference indeed :)

And yeah, if it was 2006, then this was a lot longer than I did it for the last time (February 2011). seems I can still hope to skip the bio I guess :D
