Because there was only one I-130 and one immigrant. File an I-130 for each of the step children ASAP.

Critical also is to delay the interview. Unless you want the parent to leave the children behind, you don't want a visa issued that will expire before the children have their visas.

For clarification !!

when ya say you filed 'the children's paper' at NVC - I don't see how that's possible, as there's no case file # on them at NVC .

I wanted to be certain (based on casefile count) that you weren't misleading us.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
