I was curious about something and i hope someone might know something about this issue.

I am currently awaiting my EAD card (already received AOS interview letter) but i was issued a TaxID in 2007. I was told that this TaxID number will be the same as my social security number. I have NEVER used my TaxID number for anything before, it was just sitting here. My mother (a USC now) filed a Form W-7 for me in 2007 and the number was issued to me.

Could i take that number along with my Notice of Action my GC interview and my NOA for my EAD card to the SS office and get an official social security number before my EAD arrives?

Your tax ID number will not be the same as your social. You will need either your EAD or GC in hand to get a social security card. Even if it were possible with the NOA it wouldn't do you any good as any card obtained prior to getting your GC will say on the bottom that it is not valid to work without DHS work authorization (ie your EAD).
