visa delay

After my husband was done with interview,they asked singapore COC to my husband as he stayed there for more than year. So my husband did not get visa on interview day. Now my husband applied for COC to singapore....it was dispatched today to India...but american embassy office has been relocated. Singapore people were not aware of it. They sent it to old address. Now singapore officer gave us tracking number but we are not able to track. Does postman send it to new address? or it will go back to singapore? its getting delay...

Have you tried contacting the American embassy in Singapore and india and quoting your Petition Number be email.Either is in a better position to let you know where and when your interview will be

As per my common understanding, if their address was changed recently, then any post to that old address will be forwarded to new address.

To the O.P. Try to see if Singapore will send out a new COC to the new Bandra Consulate.

Call the new consulate and explain what has happened and see what they say. Pretty much all you can do at this point.
