Has anyone's husband/wife been approved after handing in a waiver?

How many months did it take to get approved?

Is there any way of checking online to see if the visa has been approved or denied?

We have not heard from CDJ either. My husbands interview was on 10/24 and the IO told him we would hear something in one month. That time has now come and gone and we are at one month and one week, now the real waiting begins.

They are still processing August files. If you go to http://www.smf.juarez-mexico.com/index.php?board=54.0 and look under the different months, you will see when people are being approved. It was very slow for a while, but they are speeding up because they apparently sent some files to the US to help get caught up. My husband's appointment was September 26, and we still haven't heard anything. He was told 2-3 weeks, but that obviously passed several weeks ago. You can also call (202) 663-1541 and give them the ID # of your case, and they can tell you. Don't listen to anything they say except it is pending or approved because they are just a call center, and they don't seem to know much if anything about the whole process. They have told some people some pretty ridiculous things.
