Hi everyone! i need some help!

I was about to book an appointment for my medical online, asking me if i had the chickenpox

I had it when i was a little girl, but can't remember the year.

I have my health passport but i dont know if that info is supposed to be on there, if so I can't see it claiming I had the chickenpox.

(im from vancouver, B.C)

my medical will be at Woking medical in vancouver, Canada.

online my only option for saying i had the chicken pox is:

A. I HAD CHICKEN POX IN THIS EXACT YEAR: YYYY

B. I HAD THE VARICELLA VACCINE ON THIS EXACT DATE: MM-DD-YYYY

C. I WASN'T SURE, SO I HAD A BLOOD TEST ON THIS DATE: MM-DD-YYYY

I havent had any blood tests as of recent and i dont know the exact date i had chicken pox. I dont know what to do!

please help!

Do your parents or sister/brother remember when you had it ? if so put that or put the closest year possible that you remember you had chicken pox.

I'm over in Victoria and will be doing the same form for Woking. I know about when I had chicken pox so I'm putting in that year . Logically because my sister got them when she was in school and I had yet to start school. They won't check because they have taken off checking for a couple others things as well. A verbal is all you need to give. (well on the form) lol, you will be fine.
