i had my interview today i had my fiancee with me we both went to the same window and the co asked both of us questions about our relationship the problem which caused me a problem which was insufficient income by a co-sponsor in fact i hired a lawyer looks like the lawyer was inexperienced or had no knowledge about the poverty guideline my sis in law was my co-sponsor according to the number of dependents she must have 27k with four dependents including me unfortunately it was 20k so i have given all the documents to the consular he kept my passport and gave me a slip which says 221G and cos i have to arrange another co-sponsor i have been very much disappointed i had plenty of documents and pictures and even my fiancee with me and expecting to be approved i asked the co how long it will take he said maybe a Month or 3 to 4 Months he isn't sure

Oh My Goodness! I am just reading about this unfortunate situation. Have you got another person for cosponsor? It would seem to me that it would solely depend on that individual's Affidavit of Support. I HOPE that you can get this cleared up soonest! InshALLAH! Oh and fire your attorney!

yes my fiancee will talk to her cousin she had 7 Kids but her husband income is about 90k which is very good Make sure you read the guideline cover the income i guess that's the only reason i have been on AP consular kept my passport and we have become all our materials including video calling screens shots some notarized statements e-greeting cards and more so let's hope and once my fiancee will return to US she will send me all the papers within couple of days then i will send them to the embassy let's hope i hear soon its been miserable and worst moment of my life Just pray that i get outta it soon

Im really sorry your in ap!!! get a co sponsor soon and maybe they wont take as long as they are taking for us in ap!!!! WIshing you much luck!!!!

THANX VERY MUCH KIM,, I AM STILL IN PAKISTAN WITH MOHSIN,AND I AM HAVING A GREAT TIME WITH HIM BUT THE WORST IS YET TO COME, WHEN ITS TIME TO LEAVE

AND AFTER I GET HOME ITS NORMALLY A NIGHTMARE FOR ME FOR ABT ONE WEEK CUZ I DO MISS HIM LIKE CRAZY, THATS Y AFTER OUR TRIP TO THAILAND I PROMISE MYSELF

THAT WAS THE LAST TRIP TO LEAVE HIM AND RETURN HOME ALONE

hello. i just want to ask if you know why you were AP after your interview? i had my interview last april 18, 2012, the CO said visa approved but then the last guy told me my case is under review. i dont know why...
