So you got your paperwork back faster then the site updated. {THAT IS GREAT} Congrads

We got our NOA2 on Sept 19, but we didn't know until the 24 because even tho we signed up for that website and the emails, we never got anything until the hard copy. When I put in my receipt # we're apparently still in initial review :bonk:

Nice try but this really accomplishes nothing. USCIS does not process petitions in order of reception regardless of what they say. You want good examples, just look at Igor's list here on VJ. Yes - pe

Maybe some good news, about the CHEATING CONCEPT....

I went backwords counting down, from my number and 3 within the first 13 numbers have had POST DECISION ACTION.

At best... it's at least,... ENCOURAGING TO KNOW THIS.

07/27/2011...........NOA1 received.

12/05/2011...........RFE received.

12/13/2011...........RFE response sent.

12/16/2011...........RFE RESPONSE received by Vermont S.C.

12/22/2011...........Teased by a text-message from uscis, saying they have received my response to the RFE.

12/30/2011...........LA VISA APROVADOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

01/12/2012...........Case Sent To Bogota Colombia, from the National Visa Center.

I'm sure some people are interested in these numbers, and feel like it would pass the time.

But my "passing the time" is IMing/emailing/skyping my fiance and spending our time "together" though we're apart. And the NOA2 will come when it comes. ... Just saying.

that's all well and nice if the other is able to to do those things..lol.. Don't get me wrong those were interesting numbers to go through but when it wouldn't ALLOW me to enter any more I gave up looking. Besides I know our file has probably been moved to someones washroom because they ran out of TP... :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Interesting curiosity, Stefan:

Why some I-129F numbers start with EAC, and others with EAD.

And, I suppose it is not limited to those two prefixes.

Are there more??

What do they stand for? What do they mean??

For the NOA2? Yes it has. There are people up to about July 16th who've received their NOA2s.
