Im not willing to do this anymore.

The facts as have been presented to us, as I can see, before this above posting is,

You met, and saw each other for 2 days. -YES IN JUNE-JULY 2010

In Aug. the petition was started. -WRONG- THE PETITION STARTED IN MAY 2 0 1 1 AND GOT APPROVED IN AUG 2 0 1 1

You come from a HF country. -OKAY. :)

He sends you money. -YES, THE SUPPORT STARTED IN JULY 2011

So, what I read is that hes known you for 4 months. -WRONG AGAIN- WE'VE KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR 17 MONTHS.

Normally people in a relationship for 4 months dont marry, normaly people from a different country wont give up everything for someone they barely know.

-NOPE. WE MET IN JUNE 2010 AND GOT ENGAGED IN MARCH 2011. WE SPENT 9 MONTHS GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER BEFORE WE DECIDED 100 % TO BE HUSBAND AND WIFE. MY FIANCE FILED THE PETITION IN MAY 2011. 2 MONTHS AFTER THE ENGAGEMENT.

Your above posting now states 6 months. -6 MONTHS FROM THE TIME I RESIGNED FROM MY JOB IN MAY. HE OFFERED TO SUPPORT US, THAT WAS IN MAY. I HAD TO THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MONTH AND ACCEPTED HIS OFFER, SO THE SUPPORT STARTED IN JULY.

If you want accurate infomation and advice from us, please provide accurate information to us.

-SORRY THAT YOU MADE YOUR OPINION FIRST THAT I WAS SCAM/USER BEFORE YOU LEARN THE WHOLE STORY.

The fact remains that your petition has failed based on the fact that the IO didnt believe you. I can see why based on ( prior to your above posting ) why.To say it straight out, without knowing the behind the scene details, it looks like you met an american, whom sends you money, and you are willing to leave a country that is known for people using americans just to get a greencard. -THIS IS WHAT IM NOT GONNA TAKE. If I wanted to meet an American for a greencard, I could've just acquire my derivative claim to US CITIZENSHIP and not just a green card or blue card, through my Father. My biological father is an African-American, and I'm a child born abroad of a us citizen. But because of my children being Filipino citizens, I couldn't just leave my kids even just for few months and go to US alone. I never wanted that to happen. If you're a mother, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. Plus I already established my life here. You're right, My family and friends are here. I have all my mother's properties here ON MY NAME that I'm about to abandon to live with my fiance in the US. My dad can help me to get to US but I declined because ill be away from my kids for years before i can get them. And just to add, my mother living in a European country can take us too, to live there with my kids, but like I told the consular officer who was handling our visa application and also the rest of judgmental people like you here in Visa Journey, I JUST FELL IN LOVE. I've been contented and happy with my life as a single mother until I met my Fiance. I just want to be with my fiance and to have a family I can call MY OWN. I don't think that's too much too ask? Aren't we all wishing the same thing? To be with the love of our lives?

My fiance is not a victim. He's not the only one who sacrificed. I did sacrificed too, the long distance journey is not a joke considering the fact that I only met him for 48 hrs. I didn't know if he was really serious about me... But HE IS. My mother didn't talk to me for almost a year because I chose to be crazily in love with my fiance instead of working on our paperworks to go to SE. It's all about true love people. We appreciate all of your so called "opinions" but please learn to STOP stereotyping. Every couples have their own stories. Thank God because even though some people don't see what true love is and the sincerity on us, at least the Man above does. He knows. And that's all that matters.

Thank you and peace be with you all.

Thank you. :) We have our visas already and we are so excited about the merge of our family. It's my dream since I was a little girl, TO HAVE MY OWN COMPLETE FAMILY. Husband, wife and children. It's been 532 days since the last time I get to hold him, still counting. But I will see him soon!!! Omg! I'm so in love and I can't wait to marry my soulmate soon!! :)

Wow! You know, only your fiancee is the one who knows your heart, and you hers. It is so refreshing to read about someone who despite what anyone else thought, stuck to his guns and went with his heart. And look at your reward for doing that! Very admirable, on both your parts! Sometimes you just have to go with your heart!

Congratulations and God bless you both in your lives together!

Thank you.. That means a lot. :)
