what birth certificate do i need?

hey everyone!

im just a little confused, what birth certificate do i need?

i cant seem to find my birth certificate so i have to order a new one.

im from, born and raised in canada vancouver and i dont know what birth certificate i need for my k-1 visa when i go for my interview at the vancouver consulate.

out of this site here, which one do i need to have?

You need your long form birth certificate. It will have all of your information as well as the names/birth place of your parents.

You would need the one that has the parental information on it (so the 2nd one).

You could check with your mum and see if she got herself the pre-2008 Large Certificate because you could use that. Mum's tended to get those ones to put in the baby books or with your birth records. I ordered the small one to use for my daughter and the big one for a keepsake.
