It's difficult to say without knowing how what was sent in as supporting docs with your wife and dad's wife (do you mean wife's dad?) I-864, but my first thought is that you are in AP (admin processing) for security checks, as many men from your country are, especially if Muslim.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

We cannot tell you for sure, but since the co-sponsor is well over the poverty line, security checks are more likely.

hi I am his wife and I was reading the post here... yes my dad did the household member sponser for our aos... he makes over 80000 a yr so well over the income guidelines! not understanding at all what is going on his interview was on oct. 31 2011.. they gave him a green reciept ticket and told him to come back on that Thursday when he came back they acted like they didn't remember him or why he was there.. they told him they would contact him by email within 2 week's there has been nothing from them! I call the dept of state almost every other day and I even called the embassy in Tunisia all they can tell me is his case is pending and to give them time. they told me this is normal and if anyone tell's me different they are lieing. we are very frustrated we have done everything they told us to do and then some we have passed every step and my family and I just want this nightmare over and my husband here with us to start our life away from the internet!!

Idk how you can say anything about his religion they never not one time ask about religion so they don't know he is muslim has nothing to do with religion.. don't mean to sound rude but I am quite offended by the comment.. the government has never asked about our religion
