Certificate of celibacy is a kind of letter showing them that I'm single and never had married before.

We have submitted the letter of intent since the beginning my fiancee filed the documents. Is that necessary to submit it again on my interview date?

Yes, it is not required but other members will argue with that. I suggest New Letters of Intent for the interview. Thats what I would do . Sign and date.
