Hello my friend! My advice... this was from my own experience on September Medical in SLEC. It's better to make an appointment online http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/index.php ...why? because it's faster. You have to bring are the following:

passport [which they will not get from you]just photocopy it specially the page where they see your picture and info, 4 pcs visa picture, appointment letter from the NVC and appointment letter for you interview schedule. I've seen many people that day without online registration and they gave numbers to them so they waited for a long time to call their numbers and it's per batch. You need to go there early. I went there 4am and the line was long already :wow: ....Please be reminded it's based from my experience...Thank you and good luck!! :)
