Yes new LETTER OF INTENT from each of you stating you will marry within 90 days. From what I read with pictures having extras at the interview isn't a bad thing as they seem to like seeing more pictures there.

Did you hear it on the K1 forum from somebody in another country? Each consulate is different.

For LONDON you will not need new letters of intent because you responded with your application forms quickly. If you didn't do anything for 6-8 months, then they might wonder if the groom was still interested since the petition would have been well expired by then. And if you read the oath you will sign at the end of the DS-156K, it states you intend to marry ___________within 90 days, so a letter from you would be redundant.

DS-230,Part 2 is not a K1 form. Spouses and other true Immigrant Visa applicants do that form. Their oath to sign is in part 2. Your oath is DS-156K (which spouses don't do).

Your #11-13 are not needed. London doesn't want any proof of your relationship, meeting again or pregnancy. No photos needed.

Anything else you guys can think of?? ANY ideas would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch!!

Your appointment letter.

Receipt for paying the visa fee over the phone.

Are your parent's names on your birth certificate?

Is your passport in good shape and does it have 8 months validity left on it?

It might be a good idea to have everything easily organized in a notebook or folder so that you can quickly turn to each item. For us, I prepared identical notebooks with all originals in his to take with him to the interview. We each have copies of everything.

I also included a little bag that snaps in with post-its, pens, gum, paper clips, and other office type stuff. In the back pocket, I included some stuff about the US and interesting places to travel to read over while he is waiting. In the front cover, there are a couple of photos of us together and on the back I included a map of his country with a picture of us together next to each place on the map (about 6) indicating that we traveled together all over the country. Schmarmy? Yes. He can look over that while he is nervously waiting. Almost everything is in protective pages, too. You never know if that day is going to be rainy or whatever.

All the information that might be useful to him on the immigration site was translated by Google and I made one section with that in his language for looking over, too. I figure that while he is there for that interview, he will be verrrrrryyyyyy interested to see what all is said.

It has everything in there that we could include for the interview. Hopefully.

Good luck! Please let us know how everything goes.
