If your no longer married no

sara

i should have said if you do receive the visa and use it then its visa fraud......that visa is only for people that are married and if she filed for divorce she has probably contacted the embassy that she is no longer married to you

If you are no longer married, then forget about this visa, it can put alot of risk for you, like you sole purpose for this visa to get in USA only.

That's a wrong move, dude! If you're no longer married, you've got to quit the visa process. If you go ahead, you're establishing your intention of ever marrying an America to be for immigration purposes and you're going to be inviting a a permanent ban from ever coming here. The CO at the U.S embassy in Accra may go ahead and interview you, but I tell you if your wife has filed for a divorce, they have that information in their system. They'll go ahead and interview you any way just to establish your intention, deny and red-flag you for any future marriage-based petition. Pulse; isn't this like marrying for visa...If not, define your situation for us because I am having a hard time coming up with a different definition other than marrying for immigration purposes!
