vaccination help

I had my vaccination in the phil but it says in my ds-3025 vaccine history incomplete.I would like to ask the members here in vj if i need to have another vaccination.Im applying for my adjustment of status and iam really confused about this I-693..pls help thanks God bless us all here in vj

Well, that would depend why it says incomplete- if there certain vaccines you are missing, but elected not to have them at the medical before your K1 interview, or couldn't have them because you were pregnant, then you will need to catch up before AOS can be approved. If they are simply not relevant to you (some vaccines are for kids or the elderly only), then don't worry about it.

Mine says that too. But since it's not age appropriate, you may be eligible for waiver. Some people here submitted the DS 3025 and didn't get RFE'd for it. I submitted an I-693 though.
