Does anybody know of a dependable place to get laptops repaired in Cebu ? There seems to be plenty in Manila but not in Cebu. We are more concerned with good service and a quick turn around. Thanks.

Hi. There is one in Ayala mall, I couldn't remember the name but it was located on the 3rd floor at the new wing with all the electronic shops. I had my laptop fixed there.

Do want to get a new one or repair it?

That's Glorietta 4. There's also one in Parksquare beside SM Mall, it's a string of laptops there not sure if they repair laptops there. Also check Gilmore, along Aurora Blvd in New Manila, Quezon City. Another computer haven. Just take the train.

Happy New Year!

I might just use her current laptop for a boat anchor.

I am considering just buying her a new one. She needs help dealing with these yo yo's :bonk: . I usually connect to her laptop remotely and fix everything for her but I can't fix a hard drive over the internet !

Looks like I will buy her a new netbook for around 16,000 Peso's to get by until I get there in January.

Sounds like a good decision. Remember, anytime you drop off your computer to "get fixed", it exposes you to the risk of A) info getting stolen, or B) Prurient content being viewed/added to your device, and then YOU getting left trying to explain it to authorities.

Cheers!

I used to have problem in my laptop's hard drive, been fixing may times but didn't work properly. So what I did I just brought new hard drive and thanks GOD till now it works so great for me, I think you better just let her buy new hard drive. It doesn't affect much in your pocket anyway....

Hope it helps......

But if you try to fix it have alot there in CEBU...in SM CEBU and in AYALA MALL.

Problem resolved: I sent her out to purchase a new netbook just to get back on Skype with her.

While shopping, I am finding out my fiancee is so cheap ! Lol. She hates spending our money. :star:

I love her.

Those aren't in CEBU which is where he was wanting to find a service center.
