the thing that you have got to remember is that while there are people from august-october getting approved, there are also people from april-june that are still waiting. the process is totally unfair, there is no doubt about that and even though i havent been waiting as longs as you i do understand how tiring and frustrating it can be to see people getting approved in a couple of month.

good luck to all july filers... your day is hopefully just around the corner :)

It's awful.

Maybe CSC can borrow some people from VSC to do some work. lol.

But in all seriousness, I was thumbing through some of the other visa pages. Seems there's people from even April/May still waiting for movement on their petitions in the spousal visas. I feel awful for them :(

But, we've had no issues. It's coming along. Interview should

July 18th filer- My fiance just called the CSC... they've apparently sent us an RFE Dec 5th, now I am kicking myself trying to figure out what I did wrong. It had better get here quick so we can rectify what ever it is they want... :(

At least you know human hands actually touched your papers and attempted to approve you. I filed before you and haven't even had my papers moved from the damp, dusty shelf they are sitting on.

7/14/11 - I-129F sent

7/19/11 - NOA1 :)

8/7/11 - Touched

12/10/11 - received RFE in mail :(

12/24/11 - touched

12/27/11 - touched ( again..... )

1/3/12 - sent reply to RFE

1/6/12 - USCIS received the reply to RFE

1/24/12 - another RFE:(

1/27/12 - received RFE hardcopy

1/30/12 - sent reply to RFE

2/4/12 - my love arrived here to celebrate our birthdays together

2/8/12 - NOA2....thank you LOrd.....

Day 150 for me, still NO NOA-2... :crying:

Wednesday is 5 months. Can't believe the petition hasn't even been touched since I submitted back in July.

Mine hasn't been touched either since July and my 5 month mark was yesterday.

Adjustment of Status Journey

July 05, 2012: Sent package off to Chicago

July 13, 2012: NOA received via email & text

July 16, 2012: Checked cashed

July 19, 2012: Received hard copy Form I-797C in the mail

July 21, 2012: Biometrics letter arrived by mail

July 31, 2012: AOS trransferred to CSC

Aug. 07, 2012: Biometrics completed

Mine hasn't been touched either since July and my 5 month mark was yesterday.

My 5 month mark is tomorrow. Still in "initial review" status on USCIS.Gov site, still not a touch since sending the petition...

And NO approvals on Igor's list in the last 4 days.
