Well,

I just checked the site and no joy. STILL in initial review since July 15! 146 freakin days since NOA-1...

Sigh. Just can't catch a break.

Not just August filers being approved, several September filers have their NOA-2's in hand. If they're military expedites no problem, they're entitled to go before me, but if they're regular filers - just proves USCIS sucks! In a way, I'm glad there is no way to tell if a petition was expedited...

:/ It's extremely frustrating. I wish there was a way for us to know why that happens. lol.

This is the biggest test of patience, ever.

Good news got our NOA2 dated Nov. 30 and hard copy Dec 3. Thank God!! Keep waiting guys and Good luck. You'll be next

Congrats! Looks like VSC is starting to push out NOA-2's now. However, CSC is not being as kind. I'm now on day 147, my patience is wearing thin - the waiting truly is difficult. Each time I receive a text or email I get hopeful, but still nothing.

Sigh, Christmas with Fresy is definitely out of the question, I was really hoping to sneak through and have her here.

Worst part is the inability to be able to make any concrete plans to have her here...

Even if our significant others gets approved by the end of this month, it will still take another two months before she/he gets their Visa. I'm thinking now, we won't see our fiance(e) until the end of February or even March.

True, true... I'm sure all of us are tired of playing the waiting game when ppl from August-October have already been approved.

True, true... I'm sure all of us are tired of playing the waiting game when ppl from August-October have already been approved.

the thing that you have got to remember is that while there are people from august-october getting approved, there are also people from april-june that are still waiting. the process is totally unfair, there is no doubt about that and even though i havent been waiting as longs as you i do understand how tiring and frustrating it can be to see people getting approved in a couple of month.

good luck to all july filers... your day is hopefully just around the corner :)

Hang in there, perhaps they're finally getting closer. What a wonderful gift it would be if you'd receive it prior to Christmas. There is still some time since it's only the 1st week of the month. Take heart.
