It's really nice to see alot of Vjer's are got approved.. Congratulations! For those who are still waiting, i know yours will be next.. :) And i may say that im one of those lucky peoples, we are approved last Nov. 16..

Now, my question is, the USCIS website say that they already sent out the NOA 2, but until now we havent received it. is this normal? how many days should we wait?

And i read some topic that i should wait for manila case # before calling the embassy, where will we get that? im really confuse and dont know what to do.

can someone explain what will be our next step..

Thank you and Godbless.!

You should have the Manila case number by now. Call the toll free number of USCIS or call US Manila Embassy. Pay the Visa fee through BPI> schedule for the medical> wait another week> schedule for an interview> after approval> wait for the visa> attend CFO seminar>

Happy New Year!

I am still waiting for NOA2 so I dunno what is being asked when you call.

You should have finished with all the documents by now so you won't be rushed and waste time. Some beneficiaries don't even receive that letter but they are already in the US :crying:.

But this is how it looks like click here

Keep calling NVC until you get your manila case #. Once you have manila case #, you can pay for the visa fee through BPI and keep the receipt. Then wait a day and schedule your interview online. Make sure you leave enough time between your interview date and when you complete your medical at St. Luke's. The beneficiary should already be gathering NBI clearance, CENOMAR, Birth Certificate, police clearance if the lived/worked overseas for more than 6 months. The beneficiary will have to do the CFO seminar and get the yellow sticker affixed on their passport. You can do the seminar before or after you get your visa. If you do it before the visa is approved, you will receive a certificate. Once you have your visa, you can go back and get the yellow sticker. If you do it when you already have your visa, you'll get the yellow sticker the same day.

Do not wait for the packet 3 from the USEM or you will wait forever.

The petitioner should be gathering evidence of ongoing relationship, I-134 (affidavit of support) and supporting documents for the I-134 such as Tax transcripts which you can get from the IRS for free by calling them or ordering them online, employer letter, and pay stubs.
