Hello, I am a newbie to this forum and was curios to know when i could apply for my N400. i have been a conditional resident from 09/23/2009 and successfully removed conditions a month or so ago.

I have read some forums that say i can apply 3 yrs after : 09/23/2012 in my case and some places that suggest i can apply 90 days before the end of 3 years. which would be ~ 06/2012.

Your advice is appreciated!

If you are filing based on a marriage to a USC, you can file as early as 06/25/2012. But if you wait a little bit longer, it may be beneficial as you may have your interview after your 3 year anniversary avoiding oath delay.

Jan 1999- F1 to USA

June 2006- AOS thru D.O.R.A.

Dec 2009- Oath. Finally a U.S Citizen

I am proud to be Tanzamerican!

Thank you! I am really in no rush but was curious. Might as well just wait untill 9/2012 in my case.
