Hey guys, i filed I-130 for my husband and i am LPR. I filed it June 6, 2011 and its over five months already for the processing time. I called Ucis to follow and fortunately i received email from them

that my application is now forwarded to an officer for processing and any time i will be receiving NOA for this.

Is there anybody here got approval yet from the time they applied and what is the next step after filing I-130?

Thank you very much! :-)

While I-130 filed last June, 2011, i filed also H1-B visa for him, so he can be here while waiting for the time line of of getting visa number. Thought filing I -130 is to have your spouse a LPR.?

he was approved just last week, we filed H1-B June 30, 2011 and he will be here next week.
