If mom petitions, you're looking at F2B (unmarried son/daughter of LPR) and 10 years of wait for Philippines: they're currently interviewing people who were petitioned on 15AUG01or earlier.

One thing to bear in mind - while you can be a co-sponsor for I-864, if your mother dies in the next 10 years, the petition will be cancelled. Another thing, your mom and you as the co-sponsor may have to prove in 10 yrs the medical insurance for your disabled sister. Embassy could even deny the visa on the presumption of possibility of becoming public charge depending on her health status.

Also moving this topic to bringing family members of LPRs as mom is LPR.

You can have more than one petition for the same person - ie. have mom petition and you also petition at the same time (so two (2) I-130).

Any US citizen or LPR can be a sponsor. That will not be needed until the visa interview.

Yes she can. That won't help speed things up. It will still take MANY years.

oh i get that what do you think how long it is.

It was said in post #2: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/339800-my-mother-wants-to-petition-her-daughter-overseasbut-no-income/page__view__findpost__p__5020745 over 10 years for your mother to petition her. For you to petition her I believe it's more like 23 years.

How are you funding your Mothers Medical needs?

How would you fund her daughters?
