No; if you look at the guide, you will find out that the I-864 comes later, at NVC stage. You will actually need two I-864: one for you and one for your co-sponsor, and supporting docs (3 years tax returns, pay stubs, letter from employer etc.

so for the petition 1-130, I just sent what is needed for it and then they will send me letters of when to mail the rest of the information needed?

like what comes after the petition and is it that easy to prepare the petition 1-130?

It is easy if you can read and follow detailed directions well, yes.

They will send you instructions at every point too, but if you read the guides on ehre, you can prepare ahead of timeto save some time in the process.

are you submitting the I-130 to Chicago or the IV Unit in Argentina ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I dont know yet since the embassy hasn't replied to me so most likely to the chicago lockbox. why?

As I posted in another thread, there is no USCIS field office in Argentina. You will have to send your file to the lockbox in Chicago. If you file is all set and ready for submission, I would suggest you send it to Chicago now and not wait for the Embassy to tell you that you will have to send it to Chicago.

People who are telling you that your joint sponsor's information is needed at the submission of a petition are incorrect. The I-864 and accompanying documents you complete and the I-864 and accompanying documents your joint sponsor will complete are submitted to the NVC. You won't be submitting anything to the NVC until after they receive the approved petition from USCIS.

Oh, I pray yer not paying these 'some people' as there is a buttload of confusion.

I-864 never submitted with the I-130, regardless of where the I-130 is submitted.

Read the Guides, they will tell you what to submit at which stage.

Why can't you translate, are you not fluent enough?
