Is this cases strong enough to be expedited?

Here is how the CO/ USCIS will look at it:

- If you have to work for her to be able to make her bills, what are you guys going to do if you cannot find work? Are you going to become a public charge?

- Is she just importing you to help with bills?

Honestly, I have never seen an expedite for financial hardship get approved. Military expedites are most common, and then medical cases (with STRONG evidence), and where the foreign country is in deep crisis )Haiti after earth quake, Iraq because it can be deadly to be known to associate with Americans etc).

The main reason we want the expedite is not for the pregnancy but for financial hardship, we were just going to add her current physical situation as secondary information. Can any body please tell me when is a cases considered as strong financial loss? i am really lost about this expedite thing. If i have a wife in the US that barely can afford bills and all her money are spent in taking care of bills, isn't my support urgent? Now what if she lost her job, we never know anything could happen for she is calling sick too often now.

Tell your wife to ask her doctor for help with filling out FMLA forms

http://www.dol.gov/whd/fmla/

If she's protected under FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) then her absences

related to pregnancy cannot be charged to her work attendance

My friend,

Have you looked at every petition on the Haiti forum from the Cr1s? Reason I'm asking you this is its not taking a long time for uscis to approve our cases lately. I told you this already. I know I did my expedite but remember what I did it on MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL LOST because of the medical treatments and LIKE I'VE ALREADY SHARED WITH YOU MY CASE FROM WHEN I GOT MY NOA1 TOOK LESS THEN 1 WEEK TO GET OUT OF USCIS AND THEN I SPENT 6 MONTHS WAITING AT NVC AND JUST GOT MY INTERVIEW NEXT MONTH AND THAT DOESN'T MEAN NOTHING UNTIL MY HUSBAND HAS THE VISA IN HIS HANDS. I KNOW THAT SOMEONE SAID HERE THAT NVC WILL NOT LOOK AT WHAT USCIS SEND THEM BUT I AM TELLING YOU IF YOU SEND YOUR WIFE HOUSE PAYMENT TO THEM AND IT WILL BE SENT TO NVC FOR FURTHER PROCESSING IF NVC WANTS TO LOOK AT IT THEY WILL AND YOU WILL GET CAUGHT LYING DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE. FROM THE BEGINNING I'VE BEEN TELLING YOU THAT THIS IS A PATIENCE RACE NOT A FAST AND EASY ONE I WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT TO DO BUT I CAN GIVE YOU ADVICE JUST LIKE I'VE BEEN DOING THIS WHOLE TIME. IT'S YOUR LIFE DO AS YOU PLEASE BUT REMEMBER THERE ARE ALWAYS CONSEQUENCES. YOUR EVIDENCE ISN'T STRONG ENOUGH FOR FINANCIAL LOST ADD MORE TO IT AND THEN SEND IT IN. AND IF YOU GET APPROVE HAVE IT IN YOUR HEAD THAT YOU WILL BE WAITING AT NVC BECAUSE HAITI DOES NOT EXPEDITE FOR INTERVIEW BECAUSE UNTIL NVC GETS A YES FROM HAITI THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CASE THERE UNTIL YOUR TIME IS UP. GOOD LUCK

OK thank you Penguin but on USCIS website it is clear that haitian beneficiary have their case automatically expedited. I saw that on the website and i ask my wife to confirm the information for our case and they say they are not aware of it. it is like they put something and they do not want haitian to benefit it for real. I see some haitian cases being expedited and some not, that is why we called to ensure that ours obtain the expedite

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY HOW I FOUND OUT THAT I HAD TO REQUEST AN EXPEDITE TOO. WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS AS THE SITE SAID. THE REPS ACT LIKE THEY ARE LIMITED BY WHAT THEY SAY OR NOT. SO I WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING SO THAT'S NORMAL JUST GET A LOT OF MORE EVIDENCE SO IT CAN BE STRONGER SO WHEN THEY ARE REVIEWING IT IT'LL BE A STRONG CASE.

Hi look my friend, you said if i got caught lying? what do i have to lie for? For your information, i am christian, not a man of church. All that i mentionned in my post and previous one are true and my wife living a critical situation. I am just trying to find what is the best way to write the nature of our financial problem.

2- i am currently at USCIS step, i understand your case at NVC take like 6 months to get your self schedule an interview but that does not mean i need to give up on my request. According from what i have learned here, some people are luckier than other. You can take 6 months to get an interview and it take me one month or 2.

3-Everybody here, would like to be patient but they can not, even you, that is the reason you requested an expedite and was worried about getting an interview by calling NVC everyday. No one could stop you from that, even those who were telling you about patience

Thank you Saylin, i have another problem. the house monthly payment she was about to send contents all the people living in like : Her brother, her son, 2 sisters and her mother. WOuldn t NVC consider them as depend and increase her household size? this would complicate the case when we will be sending the I-864 affidavit support form. What u think?>

Lol I don't mean to laugh but I didn't mean for you to get mad. This is what I was talking about when I said don't lie about how many people live with her from our personal conversations to public but you're right I had to learn how to be patient for I don't need LUCK because I have God. Now just so you know and understand this WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION ON THE FORUM AND YOU DON'T LIKE THE ANSWERS PEOPLE ARE GIVING YOU DON'T GET MAD BECAUSE MANY LOOKS OVER YOU AND YOUR CONCERN AND DO FOR THEMSELVES. so good luck on your journey Rujby hopefully you find your answers and your peace. My Friend,

Honestly i am not mad and there is no reason for me to get mad. i am behind a computer screen it is impossible for you to determine my mood. You are the one getting angry because you wanna keep your comments to yourself. Why it has to be this way? Please do not get mad, i need your post, your comments during the whole journey, i am still learning. They are new people coming in everyday i can share my experience with them in the future... We need each other here, whatever the nation, the people, the country, the language. if you feel hurt, i apologize, it was not in my intention.

Well thank you squeaky. I am not saying uu bear malice, no one here can affect me with a post. We are just human being, we are so weak, so fragile.today we breathing, tomorrow we do not know what could happen. I just pray God everyday to make me wise, kind, nice to everyone and to protect me. My wife and I are happily married and we are going to have a baby after a promise that God made to us. He said he is with us, not to worry. That is why we decide not to request any expedite. Good for you, Rujby! By the way, did you make the Humanitarian letter yet and explaining your expedite with doctor's letter as evidence, etc., to send via email at the USCIS? Congressman's cannot intervene at this point (not USCIS, not NVC) they can only help you when you get your interview date at the US Embassy. You should do it! You have nothing to lose but gain. Don't give up -- don't ever give up on this process, if this is what you really want done. With God's blessing you'll never know! If it gets approved, then do the same for NVC and Embassy! Good luck and God bless!

I do not have sufficient evidence for humanitarian reason and I do not want to lie either. I am waiting for God instead, I feel that my approved NOA2 is not far from coming. Thank you for your concern
