Hi guys

Me and my fiancee are getting ready for POE and we`d like to know what would happen if my fiancee hasn`t gotten her vaccine done during her medical examination? Will POE ask for the records? She will obviously have her medical results and embassy packet along with her passport/visa in hand. Just wanted to get a clarification. Thanks

No - POE will not ask for vaccinations. If she was given a visa -she is cleared to travel.

However, you will need to get it done when you AOS.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
