Why aren't you submitting the I-765?

The "justification" for I-131 isn't required, the justification is that you're filing AOS so you don't attach any justification.

Where are the support documents for I131?

She has never really had a job, and now is pregnant and can't have a job. : ) Too sick.

Doesn't matter. She gets the EAD and she can get a SSN (which you'll need to file taxes).

If you file for the EAD at the same time as AP you'll get the combo card. Better to have than not have. Plus the fee is waived when applying with AOS so nothing to lose.

It seems like you have everything. I'm in the process of getting my papers for AOS too...However, I got a quick question.

What does the Copy of NOA2 Approval for I-129F look like? My husband (got married 4 days ago) received an email saying:

"This office is pleased to inform you that it can begin to process your fiancé(e) visa case. Please read and follow all of the enclosed instructions very carefully.

When communicating with this office either by telephone or letter, please provide your name and case number exactly as shown in this letter.

Sincerely,"

Is this the approval I need to show them??

No. It's a physical piece of paper. Look at the AOS thread in my signature that has definitions.
