My soon to be wife who is about to petition me had a stroke that she got a decades of years ago that resulted

for her to be paralize and affected her brain. But that did not stop her to think and decide for herself

because she was able to marry/divource two times after that incident. Though she can't move her left arm

and left legs easily, she can still walk just with the use of a caine and ofcourse able to have sex with me.

One thing that I'm worried of right now is that it's not easy for her to remember every detail of our

relationship (movies we watched, dates, etc... etc...) what more if in case we encounter a Stokes Interview,

definitely we will fail. I'm taking care of her now, and also for a long time she has a caseworker, so she has

proofs that she has some memory loss problems. If you ask her some questions, you cannot pressure her to answer,

usually she will say "I don't know" or "I don't care"... i know we need an attorney for this and of course our

lovelife is real and starting to fight on it. Later on you will know everything about our story!

I'm alittle confused by your post. This is a AOS

As long as you love eachother and can show proof then medical reasons are not a reason for denial. You state: I'm taking care of her now. There is more, you maynot need an Attorney. That Case Worker is SOLID Proof of your relationship. She/He will have to show crudentials.

There is Law in the US. People with disabilities/impairments are allowed accomodations. In this Case, your Caregiver would be allowed for the interview. Thats Law.

Just a thought. YOUR CASEWORKER is Very Important here and her/his testimony is Gold.

Oh sorry, but your answers really help. She's a united states citizen and we met when she and me are living on the same apartment. For some reason, I'm actually out of status now, I'm the only important thing in her life now, I tried to sacrifice my feeling because it seems we don't have any directions at all and no one will ever support our relationship but my heart keeps telling me not to leave her.

So what do you guys think if she is older that me for 35 years? Yes a love with an age gap like that really exist.

Just out of curiosity, were those two ex-husbands US citizens or foreigners?

A large age gap is a red flag but it does happen and the IOs know this. If I were you I would gather as much evidence as possible which will hopefully help prove a real marriage and also speak to your attorney about her right to disability accommodations like having her caregiver present.
