First thing would be enough for me to send her back home on another 21 hours 4 flights the very next day. laughing.gif

- Victor from Russia

Si, man. In addition, if she'd been like some (many? most?) immigrant wives from a certain country, insisting on sending all our money to her family, she'd have been on the next flight(s) back.

Hmmmmm,

You guys all have Russian and women from Ukraine,

My little Polish sausage just found out we have a dishwasher in the new house. We used to do all the dishes by hand and I still do. She hates it when I wash the dishes that way and not put them into the dish washer. This from a woman who didn't know they had dish washers. If we ever return to Poland I know we will have to have a place with a dishwasher and a dryer.

Cleaning the lint trap, no problem. Her description of my several year's collection of lint next to the dryer? Those words are not taught in class.

Why is there water in the toilet?

The dishwasher is where I will hide anything I do not want her to find.

And, I will never be able to find anything in the kitchen ever, again.

This is after 5 days, and for a visit.

I am a very happy man.

Merry Christmas, and enjoy watching the 'Irony of Life'.

Some chicas rapidly grasp the usefulness of higher technology, si man.

We entertained friends over the last 2+ days. When I got home from work on Monday, Mrs. T-B. had outdone herself getting the casa spotless. As part of this, every trash basket was full, which made for extra work on this normal semiweekly "heavy-garbage" day (including the cat's box & Mini-B.'s diaper pail). I just got finished when our friends arrived, huffnpuff man.

Then, we had a, uh, turkey fire in the kitchen, and now everything still smells like burnt grease. I have those Air-Wick or Renuzit thingies in every room. To be fair, Mrs. T-B. didn't start the inferno, nor did I, no man and no man.

2. English-only except in the regional forums, si man... uh... OK... Mrs. T-B. probably doesn't realize how privileged she is. She probably loses perspective because a nearly-3-year-old (Mini-B.) is running the entire operation here. Actually, Mrs. T-B. did wonderfully well in cleaning up for our recent visitors, leaving me all the trash baskets to empty and throwing all unorganized items into the space in the garage formerly meant for parking the T-B.-mobile.

3. Mrs. T-B. has finally fouled the chief "rag-on-a-stick" beyond even what the "Heavy-Duty" cycle on the washing machine can overcome, so I'll throw it out when she's not looking. She'll probably grab one of my "ugly Gringo shirts" and use that next.

1. My thread so my rules, but you can probably contribute something if you know your place and behave yourself. rofl.gif Sure -- add something.

Wow, thanks :)rofl.gif Will be super quite (though it's not my way to behave) and again do not agree with MACHISTA points of views devil.gif and taking a wife as a "decoration" or "housekeeper" devil.gif

Maybe this cos i am way younger than the spouses over here, but as someone already mentioned in this thread that young generation is a bit different from women who worked, studied in the USSR.

My huble opinion is: home apps are good if not overloading the house, mutual respect is also welcome while talking about house work cos it's freaking hard, unless u have a maid dancin5hr.gif

Do not consider appropriate compare latin american woman (as far as i understood ur wife is del Ecuador) and RUB woman, cos they are tooo different worlds (say so cos been in Lat. America for a big time and know how different are latinas and ucranianas (in my case) different from the point of view of housekeeping, style (choosing clothes) and while behaving with a man) . DO NOT say that we are from different planets (i just generalize RUBs and Latinas) but in the end we all are female and all we need is LOVE wub.png but also agree when men say some "ladies" are materialistic or look for a sponsor (but still, it all depends and is a human factor!).

Yes, in RUB countries some try to hook a guy that has DINERO but this happens when "lady" is a ""zero" herself (no education, or still in the university, from the family where life with mans' money is charished, or is just thinks as "I AM A LADY MEN OWN ME" which is wrong, cos noone owns nobody!) and such ladies are usually not well informed as for life outside Ukraine and take any foreigner for a rich guy (which is farrrr from being reality). Maybe its post-USSR way of thinking that somewhere life is better and they have the right to think so, but still as a representative of "younger generation", consider that first of all girl has to "create herself" get education, get well paid job (which i know is hard in UA), travel, develop herself etc.

For the guys who still are in search of "slavic beauty", I want to say the following:

1. Do not be super focused on the beauty of local ladies (especially young around 19=28 y.o. cos u may burn) -majority looks for them but doubt that they want marriage ranting33va.gif

2. For God sake, do not go that often to marraige agency (so many times i hear that girl from the agency gets her money and disappears, THAT IS A BUSINESS in majority of cases!!) - do not say all are bad, but if u go to the agency check it 10000 times....cruel I know, but it's life,,,,be informed content.gif plus u get what u desirve rofl.gif cos local ladies are super spoiled with attention and money and are focused on USE and RUN than in anything else, but if the guy who is at his 50s comes to UA and checks for girls of 20s....we all know what for....so the end is predictable rofl.gif

3. Good girls/ladies are normally not in bars, hotels, discos and marriage agencies....be creative there are lots of places to find really good women! - for those who will be interested maybe someday will give hints where to find them secret7vf.gif

And to finish, I am for equality, openess, ability to expess ourselves. Sorry for my lyrics and if I hurted someone's feelings! kicking.gif

That's OK, Dear -- we'll probably tolerate your opinions, even though you are a mere woman and we are all machos. smile.png

You said, "some try to hook a guy that has DINERO but this happens when 'lady' is a 'zero' herself (no education, or still in the university, from the family where life with mans' money is charished, or is just thinks as 'I AM A LADY MEN OWE ME'"

You have described a great many Americanas whom I have met and unfortunately tried to go out with.

In returning to the topic of this thread, last night I ran the fullest load of dishes that could possibly be crammed into the dishwasher. Mrs. T-B. had company during the day and threw everything from the sink into the machine. Of course, I had to empty everything in order to reorganize it; and of course, the kitchen counters and stove were completely covered with remains of Mrs. T-B.'s entertainment of her guests. It probably took 40 minutes just to get everything ready for washing. Good gringo husband that I am, I waited until the load ran & dried, then emptied the machine before I went to bed... at 2:45 a.m., zzz man.

Si, man I always wash dishes (hate having dirty dishes when I still cook, prefer it all to be neat and clean) sleepy.gif and guess what......the rest of the house too rofl.gif But in our couple we have some kind of an agreement: if I cook - he washes dishes (if he is around), if he cooks - I wash dishes, if we have dishes left from the other day - they are cleaned by the one who got up first rofl.gif

As for cleaning around: normally the big cleaning we split up, every-day cleaning is on me sleepy.gif

Uff que buena mujer soy goofy.gif y modesta rofl.gif

Wow, thanks Will be super quite (though it's not my way to behave) and again do not agree with MACHISTA points of views and taking a wife as a "decoration" or "housekeeper"

Maybe this cos i am way younger than the spouses over here, but as someone already mentioned in this thread that young generation is a bit different from women who worked, studied in the USSR.

My huble opinion is: home apps are good if not overloading the house, mutual respect is also welcome while talking about house work cos it's freaking hard, unless u have a maid

DO NOT say that we are from different planets (i just generalize RUBs and Latinas) but in the end we all are female and all we need is LOVE but also agree when men say some "ladies" are materialistic or look for a sponsor (but still, it all depends and is a human factor!).

1. Do not be super focused on the beauty of local ladies (especially young around 19=28 y.o. cos u may burn) -majority looks for them but doubt that they want marriage

2. For God sake, do not go that often to marraige agency (so many times i hear that girl from the agency gets her money and disappears, THAT IS A BUSINESS in majority of cases!!) - do not say all are bad, but if u go to the agency check it 10000 times....cruel I know, but it's life,,,,be informed plus u get what u desirve cos local ladies are super spoiled with attention and money and are focused on USE and RUN than in anything else, but if the guy who is at his 50s comes to UA and checks for girls of 20s....we all know what for....so the end is predictable

3. Good girls/ladies are normally not in bars, hotels, discos and marriage agencies....be creative there are lots of places to find really good women! - for those who will be interested maybe someday will give hints where to find them

And to finish, I am for equality, openess, ability to expess ourselves. Sorry for my lyrics and if I hurted someone's feelings!

Ah - please remember that TBone started this thread as he was seeking solace about stuff going down at his house, and thought perhaps that spouses of RUB womens would give him a different point of view.

IMO, he caves when a RUB woman actually shows up and tells him 'the truth'.

It happens, at least every 3 months. So, I welcome you to this topic, and thank you for engaging with the TBone. I pray he can refactor his life and environs one more time so that both adults in the house stay happy. Sure, it means yet another refactor, but he can do it !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
