Well, Mrs. T-B. helped Mama-Mrs.-T-B. pack for the trip back to Ecu tomorrow (actually, later today), si man. I haven't heard as much thumping, banging, or major construction since... well, since the last time Mama-Mrs.-T-B. visited, no man. The all-time such experience was when Mrs. T-B. was getting her lovely self ready for our wedding party on Pearl Harbor Day three years ago (the marriage was on Hallowe'en, si man), si man.

On the day of the party, I wore a tux, which still fit. I decided to wear tux shoes that had been stored in a shoebox, si man. At the party, both soles came loose and started flapping mightily, aarrgh man. After fruitless attempts to glue the shoes, my cousin who hosted the party loaned me a pair of his, glee man.

Tonight, Mama-Mrs.-T-B. requested three hand-towels, of which we have zillions, three man, and at least 10 tablespoons, of which we have a partial zillion, gee man. I found seven in the kitchen, and, after some searching, we found four that Mama-Mrs.-T-B. had refused on the last visit due to perilously-almost-overweight luggage, si man.

I will miss Mama-Mrs.-T-B. terribly (as last time, si man), but I shall again be able to roam the house in my calzoncillos, which it is you can guess what they are, whee man.

Mini-Bone will NOT go back to sleep, no man, and he is probably cutting teeth again, ouch man.

OK so this has nothing to do with the topic,whatever it is anymore...but I had to wake up early yesterday (that sucks) and drive to a meeting at a ski resort in New Hampshire where we have some projects scheduled and whom did I meet there but the incredible Picabo Street! Olympic gold medal winner downhill skiier. Pretty awesome. She is 40 now and has four boys (was it that long ago?) She live in Birmingham, AL (#######!) but also has a place in Utah. It was pretty cool. I got her autograph and brought home to Alla. Alla was jealous. Not that I met her and she didn't but that Picabo was probably trying to steal her husband.

I guess what crosses my mind sometimes is that I remember seeing this young woman just crashing down a mountain at full speed, flying of the bumps and thinking "I would die, I would just die!" and you never think that one day you will actually meet her or shake her hand. Why would you? And I remember the day I saw Alla on the airplane, leaving after we landed in Prague and she walked passed me (I let her pass in the aisle, me being a gentleman and I wanted to check out her @ss) and if the Brit I was talking to said "You will marry her one year from today" What would I say? OK!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, quantum physics, amazing stuff. Still, I have no intent of making a habit of leaving the house that early every morning
