Make sure you have a heart stress test performed before you go that route......!!!!

My wife also has a similar looking slightly younger sister who she and I flirt with each other with permission via Skype and on the phone!.....

Nice lady who would make any man proud.....and tired!

Alla would bite me until I was dead. That's it...done. Until dead.

She scolded Sergey's girlfriend for "flirting" with me because she did not address me with formal speech when we were talking about her visa on skype. She said she should not "talk to the man who will probably be her father-in-law that way!" :o

Whenever I joke with my wife about being able to pleasure multiple women simultaneously she reminds me how sweaty and out of breath I get just pleasing one. "You gonna have heart attack and die and event not be able to finish because you too fat and greasy."

Don't listen to her Slim! I didn't die!

My MIL flirts big time when the wife isn't around, but my sister in law seems to be in her own little world. The one time we took her out partying she was a stick in the mud. She doesn't drink and sucks at dancing. She likes fishing, and she dresses hot so that's a plus.

Ok, I feel better now. I'm always getting that #######; "Your not going to die on me are you?" and she says it with that crappy grin of hers. I'm thinking to myself I do 90% of the work in the bed and she wouldn't be talking that ####### if the roles were reversed. Her other favorite one is; "You sit on your a$$ all day posting on those visa forums with your man beeshes and now you look like a fat peeg." If she ever had more than a three word conversation I wouldn't be on here all the time...at least when she's home. It's pretty bad when you have more of a life in the RUB forum that at home. Something has to eventually give.

It always amazes me how jealous RUB chicks can get even when they don't talk. I'm not saying Alla doesn't have a lot of convo, but with my experience they aren't much for small talk.

I think that would be "blaat" or something like that.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

As far as I can tell it is pronounced something like "bleeyat" Alla doesn't talk like that much but has taken to doing so more now that she is getting very serious about shooting. If she pulls a shot out of the black..."Bleeyat!" :o She drops her head and begins to sob.

Alla says she had no sisters. I am not ruling out the possibility she DID have one or more and they disappeared in the Kamilus river.

Poor Dasha. Alla is strict with the boys about how they treat adults and speak to adults, it is definitely a generational thing. If I make an error in speaking to her mom it is the same.

And being that she is a Russian teacher...hooo boy!

She was beating me about the head and shoulders (figuratively speaking) yesterday because of the way I pronounced "clothes hanger" in Russian. Finally I said (in English) "Alla, enough, I am digesting" Pasha immediately got up and ran from the room....laughing

I believe it is roughly equivilent to "#######",or "#######". Basically a dirty woman that just wants sex. Only in Russian such talk is "very bad". Alla will not discuss it.

Well, it's only one syllable. It's just that both the 'l' and the 't' are soft and thus should be pronounced with the middle and back of the tongue pressed into the roof of the mouth. For emphasis it can be stretched out which makes it sound more like what Gary is suggesting, but it's still one syllable.

It is.

But when you're mad it's used as the "f-word". Slim's wife seems to be using it like a link-word, which is also possible :)

I believe that Russian mat is very strong. I once sent an article about Russian mat to my husband and it was written there "if English curse words are like beer, Russian mat is like vodka"

Oh Jeezum!

I am married to a Russian teacher and now this! :P This whole clothes hanger thing has me upset. I pronounced it as "trempil" (hold on ONA I will get to you next) and Alla says it is like Tihrrrrreyehpihl, or some such!

GTFO! There are not enough letters for that!

"you sound like a non native speaker when you say it that way"

D'ya think?

"You should pronounce it correctly"

No. it is impossible.

"Trempil sounds like something a horse does to you"

Trample? You mean trample?

"Yes, when you say it like that you sound like an American"

:bonk:

THEN (and this is where I get to you, ONA) Pasha takes me aside and says, "Y'know that is a Donetsk region slang word for clothes hanger, if you said that in Kiev or Moscow no one would know what your are talking about anyway"

ALLA!!!!!! You are teaching me regional slang???????

Who the BHLAAT cares? :protest:

I could never speak Russian because I can't do the rolling Rs thing and I can't pronounce most words to even be close to the correct way. Just can't do it. Do I care? No.

The Russian language is the opposite of English. Most of their words are 25 letters long. Funny, their shortest word that I know of is DA. They beat our "yes" by one letter. But our "no" beats their "nyet" by two letters. Overall, it takes less breath and words to speak English than Russian.

And, when English is spoken by the English, it is wonderfully straight forward. An example: I was in the Heathrow airport (which is huge) and was looking for the duty free shop. I saw an Englishman airport employee, so I asked him where the shop was. His answer, "Forward, ever forward." Three words and I knew exactly where to go. How can you beat that?

I was going to say, the only word I have ever heard for a hanger is veshalka, which comes from the verb veshat ("to hang") and so quite literally is a hanger (or hangee).
