*January 24 2006 - mailed in I129-F petition

*January 25 2006 - I129-F received at CSC

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

I used the link and it does show the last update was on Feb22...... but the processing date hasn't changed :crying::crying::angry: it's still december 7th :(:(

I'm going through Nebraska by the way..... we're gonna end up being the slowest ones!

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Hold your left shift key as you go to the page that has the dates. Holding the shift key forces Internet Explorer to reload the page and not use cache.

Easist way to make sure you have current information.

It's possible if you're using a Proxy server (like a company connection), that it wont update for a day or 2. Proxy connections can lag a good deal. If this applies to you it has nothing to do with the internet and everything to do with your company trying to limit bandwidth consumption.

Boy they sure are moving right along aren't they?

The TSC dates almost definitely reflect CSC, because before they took the I129F listing off of the Texas page they always updated to the same date as CSC (and all petitions were sent to CSC). Good luck to all of you still waiting for your NOA2 though, it looks like California is catching up!! :thumbs:

December 14 2005 ~ Packet Recieved by

December 20 2005 ~ NOA 1

December 29 2005 ~ Touched

March 9 2006 ~ NOA2

April 5 2006 ~ Packet 3 arrives

April 11 2006 ~ Packet 3 returned to London Embassy

June 12 2006 ~ Interview Date (APPROVED!)

June 26 2006 ~ Entered the U.S. under K-1 Visa

July 06 2006 ~ JOP marriage

September 12 2006~ I-485 Received by INS

September 18 2006~ NOA recieved

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

guys... i am so happy right now...i have tears in my eyes!!!... i know that there are a ton of other people who have sent their k1's in before us... and i am wishing the best for everyone... but i am praying that me and Jamal hear something soon!!!
