Ok so finally got my RFE in the mail to find out it is the IMBRA form. Easy peasy...however...

I DID meet my fiance online, but I personally don't think the site counts as a IMB. What do you think?

It's a UK based site. They have different main screens for UK and USA. You do pay to use the site ONLY if you want to use the chat and email. They are mainly UK and Ireland, however they do have US and other international users. You can be single or married. It is a Friend and Dating site. The UK and Ireland people have access to a Meets Manager where they can arrange parties and such. All other users outside that are can NOT access it. It's basically used for communication, but is not a meet people online to get married site.

Take a look at it and see what you think.

Should I say Yes or No (what I think) to the first question? Is this counted as an IMB?

Oh dear..just read other posts....looks like this is the debate of the decade!! I am thinking of putting No, but with a side supplement stating to the best of my knowledge it is not, but again, that we did meet online and give the site address. It is a UK site, that invites foreign friends basically...

Yes, so you can see that everyone has an opinion about it. Just follow your instinct. Your plan of approach sounds good to me.
