Appointment on 11/17/2011 11am

I got there almost an hour early and checked in with reception. About thirty mins after I arrived a lady took my appointment letter, Packet 4 (it had the MTL number on it which is required), 3 passport photo's, immunization records, and passport. Then I waited until about 11:40pm when the doctor called me in. He went down a list of questions, got me to change into a gown (said I could keep my under garmets on), took my blood pressure, checked out my arms, legs, stomach, back, neck, and had a quick peak between the legs. He was a nice older doctor and made some funny remarks. Then I went back to the waiting room. About 30 mins later a lady called me in to do blood work. I waited another 20 mins or so and then had to go get chest xray on cd across the hall. Came back with the cd and waited another 20 mins and the first lady gave me back the items I gave her at the beginning and said to come back for results at around 2:30pm on Monday. She also took my payment of $260 and I paid by visa. All my shots were up to date so that was the base fee.

I went back on Monday and got there around 2:45pm. The lady at reception took my name and came back with the sealed envelope with no copy of the immunization record so I asked her about it. She said that everything was inside and that's all they had. I left and looked in my purse for the name of the document. I went back in and asked her again and she told me to hold on she would get the other lady who I had submitted all my documents to the first day. When she came out she had a copy of the immunization record and said they don't usually attach it unless someone asks for it. Not sure why they just don't do it anyway since it says "Copy for Applicant" right on it. Anyway, I passed the medical :-)
