Question about strange DV Lottery Case!

Timeline

Hey everyone, first of all just got a B1/2 visa granted for 10 Years :D:D and My moms F4 is pending with priority date 2004 :D so everything is working ok for us now...... cant say the same for the past though :///

We were chosen in the 2003 DV-Lottery and everything was working great , we had all the documents sent and we were waiting for an interview or for the number to get current can't quite remember that was a long time ago (our number was high , in the 40k) , but we never got our appointment or our Green card for that matter ... and nobody ever explained to us what happened .... my question is ... do any on you guys have any idea what could of gone wrong and i know its like 9 years later, but can we do anything now LOL probably not but JUST ASKING .... thanks to all of you and good luck :D

 

USCIS

Priority Date: August 28th, 2004

(August)08/20/2004 I-130 Fedex to Vermont

(September)09/01/2004 NOA1 (Received)

(November)10/16/2009 NOA2 (Approved)

 

NVC

(November)10/19/2009 NVC case number assigned

(May) 05/11/2017 Case opened for further processing

(May) 05/11/2017 DS261 Submitted

(May) 05/21/2017 DS260s Submitted for All three aplicants

(Feb) 02/17/2018 Case Completed

(March) 03/06/2018 Visa Interview Scheduled at US Embassy Skopje

(April) 04/17/2018 Visa Interview -- APPROVED

well, an I-130 might have been submitted somewhere,

so

call USCIS and inquire.

or call DoS and inquire.

either one of them should know something.

as to 'going wrong' - assume for the moment no one (at yer addresses) responded in a timely fashion. Mail was prolly hard to manage, what with the war and after the war.

Nothing strange about your DV case number not being called for the interview: DV 2003 for Europe in September 2003 (so last month of fiscal year) was at EUROPE: EU 39,100

You didn't make the cut-off and you weren't called for the interview.

For September 2004 it was at EUR 28,700 - you wouldn't have made the cut off then either.

You should continue participating in DV lottery.
