is there anyone living in Mineapolis area who has had their Biometrics latley as I hav received my appointment fo next month but have read that some people in other areas have just walked in after they havereceived their leter I was wondering if they do in MN or should I wait thanks for any help

What is the address for your biometrics? Is it in Bloomington or on University in St. Paul? It's been awhile since we had to do biometrics but the one in St. Paul was open to it as long as other people weren't waiting.

You should have applied before your I-94 hit 76 days. Applying after marriage doesn't make you ineligible as long as your I-94 has more than 2 weeks validity.

Yes, I received my SSN, only thing is they would not put it in my married name until I have my greencard. Our office is in Duluth.

ell my appointment w for 12/13/11 s went down there bestplace to park Fitness centre the office is on the front had to look close for i any way walke in and told them I was early but in thearea cold they fit me in and they said yes filled a form in 2 mins then waited about 10 mins and gave finger prints and photo all over in 15-20 mins s thats another piece done just wait for tework Auth and Apointmentfor G/C ifI get one as I've hear some dnt my luck I'll have aninteview good luck to everone on their journey

Glad to hear it. They've always seemed pretty reasonable whenever we've had to go to the St. Paul office.

well it worked by going in early as it came up on USCIS Site that my Work Auth was sent for on 23rd November the day I walked in for finger prints and photo so g for it you could be lucky like me

Wish I had seen this sooner! I've for my appointment at the St Paul office today, and I've been waiting since I got my appointment letter on the 1st November. I only live just off Lake Street so could have gone any time!
