it really depends on the person who's handling your case. but because your the USC there shouldnt be any problem. if it works against someone, is against the foreign citizens if they get pregnant while being in a k1 process. so you should be safe

One would write this on the question of how you met when you give background information or one would include a personal letter.

I still think/say the information is not asked for on the Forms. However, Inky IN THE COVER LETTER it would/could be stated if wished too. information asked on the forms how you met and your intentions is what is asked for on the Initial Forms. I previously said: No need to involve information not asked for but it will come-up. The pregnancy can be disclosed in the cover letter. No attachments are needed since pregnacy is not an issue to the approval. /and or required on a 129-f Petition. There not looking for a life story yet.

I doubt he could get here before July even if she puts this in there at the rate they process applications at CSC. Perhaps if she gets VSC she may be able to have him here by that time. But with the way that Islamabad hands out AP I still highly doubt he will be here in time. Also, I would hesitate to have my wife put something like this in there if we had been intimate prior to marriage. This wont look very "decent" because Pakistan is an Islamic country. Even though these things happen I was told by others that when asked about premarital relations they did not answer truthfully due to the laws in Pakistan against premarital sexual relations. I do not think it is a good idea to mention it at this point. I also doubt it will help the case.

I was wondering if any of you could advise me on something. I am pregnant and I a getting ready to send in my K-1 packet today. Does it make a difference if I mention this on my application? I was just wondering if this will hurt or help us. I really want my fiance here with me when our baby is born(due July 15th). Thanks in advance for your advice :)

He won't be there for the birth I'm sorry. The process will take at least 6 months (right now it's much longer) and then he'll probably have AP seeing Pakistan is high fraud (I think).

The pregnancy is unlikely to help or hurt but then I'm not sure if pre-marital sex is an issue for his country. There's no place to mention it on the forms (that I'm aware of) but he can mention it in the interview. You can try an expedite but I doubt it'll be approved.

It does not matter, if the OP wants to list or someone wants to list they have a child on the way they can list it. Its their choice not your opinion on if they should or shouldn't. It is not required no, but if they want to put it then they very well can put it in the packet in whatever way they want to.

The person can list it in the cover letter, in a personal letter or in the question about how you met/when you met in person. Its up to the person who is filling out the forms, also up to when/how the pregnancy first happened.

I don't know the Country that well but I think NOT to File a K-1 and do the CR-1 route. Even with a K-1 it will be allright but as I said before: Contact between the 2 is most important.

If someone is excited to have a child and they want to write that, they write that. They share the happy news that they have.

Its nothing about an EGO. headbonk.gif

If they met and became pregnant soon into the relationship before filing and are excited there is NOTHING wrong with putting that in the explanation if they want to put it. It may not be needed or required like I said but there is nothing wrong with it.

That statement Inky I can agree with. The momment was there and they wish to marry now. (yes, a baby on the way) I don't shame or turn my back because of this. Happens all the time. Women are so sexy you know. They can make a man do anything.

I feel it would be best to acknowledge the pregnancy in the Cover Letter. But, a part of me says: since the 129-f is not filed yet I think the CR-1 is a better way to go.

I'm sorry you had problems with your pregancy and unprotected sex was your choice. A solid relationship is not when the parties have alot of unprotected sex. Or Sex at all until later. However, lets focus on the OP's post and not your own. No Petition is filed yet and No complications with her pregnancy as yet or maynot will be. No Petition is Filed yet. The OP is not asking how do I file a an expedite before even the file of the 129-F. One must File before any requests. EVER HEARD OF A 129-F WITH A CHECK FOR $340.00 FILED WITH APPLICATION AND A REQUEST FOR EXPEDITE IMMEDIATELY. Not Me.

I hope everything is fine for you

That's a pretty bold statement about a lot of peoples' personal relationships.

Just expressing my bewilderment that someone would make such an open, judgmental comment. "Courageous" wasn't quite the word I would have used. ;)

Judgemental. Scroll all my replies. I'm not perfect myself. I need help sometimes too.

Several posts containing inappropriate comments and violating TOS have been removed and one post edited. The OP has asked for advice about her petition; she has not asked for your judgmental comments about her relationship. Any further such comments will result in a thread-ban.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

You could try an expedite but you would have to prove financial or health-related hardships which are pretty tough to do. With a baby on the way you would also have to prove financial income to support 3 people not 2 people.

Ignore the disrespectful responses. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy and K1 application!

Keep in mind mentioning your pregnant will mean you have to provide supporting documents for a family of 3, if you can do this then i see no harm in mentioning it.

Well let's see. How does a pregnancy happen?? It ain't from drinking the tap water. It happens because one set of glands was urgently calling out to another, and no protection was used. And, NO, the pregnancy need not be documented in the 129-F application. No check box for that on the form, and it serves no good purpose to attach a statement. No expedite would be granted to a high fraud rate country, as others have said here. Good luck!

Peace.
