i was a chain smoker cause i worked in tobacco company until i had my SLEC medical exam ...

for 15 yrs of smoking and we're always having annual physical exam... never i had even a small spot on my lungs... (not now :unsure: , maybe later)

i quit btw... :thumbs:

i smoke for 11 years and at the xray my lungs were perfectly clean surprisingly. why do some people jump on smokers telling them to quit? if they smoke thats not anyone's problem. keep the "quit smoking for your health" advice for yourself cause im sure every smoker hears that thousand times and its so annoying

HI,

I used to smoke as well.. I was so nervous when I was about to take my medical exam. but hey you gotta do it. I slept really good and had bear brand everyday hahahha.. oh yeah and pineapple juice.. I'm not sure if it will work for you. but it sure worked for me..
