Why the jump to racism? Could it be they just hate the president and blame him for the problems here in the states. That said, yes NASCAR has its fair share and more of racist rednecks. I've seen it first hand and on more than one occasion.

I would imagine the NASCAR racist simply fit the perfect stereotype, that why we notice them so easily.

I doubt very many followers of NASCAR belong to churches which have a "White Value System"... such as Obamas' long time Church in Chicago.

Then you have the "educated Racists"..... you know this type, their higher education provides them with the proper viewpoint on Afro Americans.... and a good enough job so they don't have to live with very many, these too are not so easy to spot right off.

i did not hear that much booing when michelle and joe bidens wife were announced.i do belive there is some racist in nascar, do you remember three mounths ago president obama invited 10 drivers to have dinner at the white house.they all refused saying they won't do any thing to make obama look good.

Really?? Looks to me African Americans don't care much for the sport. I can tell you there were a whole lot of Hispanics at the race so I guess NASCAR fans are selectively racist.
