Ours was reaffirmed (same as approved, but for the second time) on Aug 30th. I called yesterday and it still isn't in the system! I will call again later today, but I have my fears still. I have been doing this stupid process for 2 years this december!

Okay....breathe....calm...lol

wow - I actually got through in the middle of the day! Our file has arrived! Sounds like they really DID get a big batch!

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

Be sure to print out a copy of silly girls famous ST. Lukes step by step story.... Its fantastic and made it incredibly easy for my wife to go through the 2 day procedure. I will go find it and put a link.... here it is:

I had my approval on my I130 on Sept 7th & my file got entered into the NVC on Sept 22nd..... I'm sure all yours are coming :)

I called them at 603-334-0700. I usually can't get through in the middle of the day - I got lucky!

I hope you do! Everyone has waited a long time already, it sucks to have to wait a month for NVC receipt too.

O man I hope it's true, I'm giving NVC 2 weeks before I call.

Same here I'm also giving the NVC 2 weeks before I speak to a live person, but till then I will use the automated tracking via the NVC phone system.

How do you do that?

Don't be discouraged - remember sometimes they move so fast that they don't get put into their system before they are sent to the consulate. Fingers crossed!!!

They probably got A LOT of cases from CSC and didn't have time to give them all a case number yet.

Hang in there.... I feel you won't have to wait a lot longer! :thumbs:

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

yes, I believe the option is press "2" for fiancee visas.
