And yet again.... on the I-485, page 1, Part 1: It asks for :

1. Date of Last Arrival then , (-94#

Then under that : Current USCIS Status (which is K-1 Visa HOlder) then after that, "EXPIRES ON" .....

IS THIS EXPIRY DATE FOR THE K-1 visa OR IS IT FOR THE I-94 permit, which also has an expiry date on it. ???

Forgive me if I seem positively stupid, but how does one know which date to put???

Thank you! :bonk:

Pretty sure it's the I94 exp date - that's what they're interested in. You have your last date of entry which proves you entered and then your I94 expiry should correspond.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I seen ur other post saying you weren't going to sent the 693? I wouldn't send it, just sent a copy of your vaccination record from the medical you had in Canada.

Our lawyer wouldn't even send in a copy of Jenni's vaccination sheet. He said the sealed packet already has the official medical docs and that's all they need. I'll let you know if we get any RFE's, but so far so good.
